It’s Time to Cleanse that Sugar Addiction!

Sorry for my lengthy break! I’m back and ready to rumble!

2016- The year of self improvement,  one where you can let go of poor habits in the past and  create positive ones for the future. One bad habit, the sugar addiction, can be cut with these four steps:

  1. Clear Out the Cabinets- You must resist any temptations!
  2. Learn to Read Labels- Check for how much sugar is contained in what you eat.
  3. Eat the Right Snacks- Choose sweet fruits over sweet ice cream.
  4.
